Daily Reminders
When have good words, ideas, qualities, habits we want to emphasize throughout the day, it's best that we bring them into our lives with ease. No need to force anything, but to bring them in naturally. Hmm 🤔. But sometimes it can be easy to forget what we wanted to keep top of mind. We can get lost in our thoughts, circumstances, or tense moments.
It's nice to have reminders that bring this goodness back to the forefront of our minds and help these things spring to mind easily and more regularly.
Think about how this happens for a minute – how easily human beings get distracted or pulled away to other matters – and reflect on what you'd like to see more of in your life, or what you'd like to bring to the surface more often.
